1. Arrive 10-15 minutes early.

We often schedule appointments within half an hour of each other. We want you to get the most out of your pre-session AND post-session consultation.

2. How much clothing do people typically leave on/off?

Plan on being fully unclothed. We are professionals, and you will be properly draped at all times. In order to fully access your lower back and hip/glute(buttocks) area (where most lower back pain seems to originate from), we need to be have that area free of clothing. We want to be able to help you with your pain as much as possible. However, if you do choose to leave your undergarments on, we will respect that fully and not go under them. We see that as a boundary for you, and that is just fine. We want you to be as relaxed as possible!

3. Bodily functions are natural!

When your body is in a completely relaxed state, stomach noises or even a little gas may happen. This is a good thing, don't fret! Massage is working it's magic. Feel free to fall asleep too. If this is what your body is trying to do, then just go with it. We take this as a compliment!  Being able to take you into dreamland for an hour, away from the stresses of life, is what we strive to do!

4. If you enquire about anything sexual in nature, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be able to return. We are professionals. That will NEVER be tolerated.

5. Shower first if possible.

A nice warm shower not only relaxes and loosens up the muscles, but it is also more pleasant to work on clean feet (and not spread dirt and grime elsewhere on your body)! If you can't shower, don't fret. We will be just fine!

6. Body hair.

There is no right or wrong amount. We have seen it all. We don't care as long as you don't!

7. This is YOUR massage, YOUR time and YOUR body.

If you don't like how something feels, speak up. We will not be offended AT ALL. Everyone is different, therefore preferences will be differ as well. Just be honest with us so that we can make this the best session possible for you !

8. Talking is optional.

Some people may enjoy having a conversation during the session, which is just fine. Others will choose to be completely silent and just take the hour or so to completely relax. We do ask, however, that you make sure to talk to us and let us know if something needs to be adjusted during your massage.

*In a deep tissue or sports massage session though, constant communication is a must in order to get the most out the session.

9. Be honest about your health history.

We are in a professional environment and are providing a service to you that involves your body and health. There are some conditions where we will have to modify the session or possibly postpone the treatment altogether. Your health and well-being is our utmost priority.

10. You are an amazing person and body!

People keep all their stresses, hurts, sadness and joy in their bodies. A massage is an amazing way to get in touch with all of that, and we are honored to be on the path of health and relaxation WITH you!

11. DON'T FORGET TO RELAX! THIS IS YOUR TIME, YOUR BODY, AND YOUR LIFE!

                                                       Peace. Love. Light.
