Joella has grown spirtutally, physically, and mentally after diving deep into these practices. Yoga has allowed her to ease up on life's difficulties and to open herself up for positive possibilities. Full of compassion, love, strength, & wisdom, Joella only wants to encourage others to find their path, balance, and strength that is already deep within you. Massage has allowed Joella to understand the body in its puriest form. Knowing that our bodies are our sancutary and need to be tension free. Joella welcomes every individual with an open heart, full of knowledge, and full of passion for all to share. Creating a safe, fun, and warming atmosphere for everyone. Joella is honored to be sharing this practice with the community and encourages everyone to live pain free.
